This community event includes a live auction, silent auction, carnival, and food. Proceeds from the events lower tuition costs for all Bethany students.

Schedule of Events

9 a.m. auction preview, registration, and silent auction bidding begins

11 a.m. to 6 p.m. drive up Nelson's chicken and pit-tatoes

4-8 p.m. food booths, Nelson's chicken and sandwich dinners, and bake sale

4:30-8:00 p.m. carnival

5:30 live auction begins

7-9 p.m. silent auction tables close
