Slowed by injuries as a junior, Ali Hochstetler took fifth place in the 2009 sectional race at Ox Bow Park. She did not run in regionals due to illness.

 Hochstetler repeats as  all-state runner in 2008: Ali Hochstetler ('11) placed second in sectionals and helped the Bruins qualify for its first-ever regional as a team. She went on to place first in regional, fifth at semistate, and 16th at state.She was selected as an all-state runner by the Indiana Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches for the second year.

Hochstetler all-state runner in 2007: Coaches Ann and Ken Willems with Ali Hochstetler ('11) who placed 19th in the 2007 state cross country meet. She placed first in sectionals, second in regionals, and third in semi-state. She was named to the all-state teams by the ICGSA and IATCCC.
