Reunions and Girls Soccer Senior Night

Approximately 150 alumni, plus spouses and children, attended Bethany's first annual alumni weekend on Saturday, September 26. (See Alumni Weekend 2009 for more information on the alumni reunions, including class photos). The day inluded class reunions for many classes having their 5- to 50-year reunions. Other activiteis included tours of the school, an evening banquet, children's activities, and complimentary admission to the Bethany-Westview girls soccer game.

Senior soccer players and announcer were honored before the game. Boys soccer players, dressed in retro soccer uniforms, helped lead fans in cheering on the team Alumni and other fans were treated to an exciting game that ended in a 1-1 tie after regulation and two 7-minute overtime periods. Bethany ended up losing via penalty kicks 3-2.
