Need-based Assistance. Bethany provides tuition assistance for qualifying students. See below for application information.
Early Enrollment. All students who turn in applications or intent-to-return forms by March 15* receive a lower tuition rate.
Multiple Child Discount. Families with more than one child attending Bethany concurrently receive a 15% discount off full tuition for the second child and 30% for each additional child.
Congregational Assistance. Many congregations provide assistance for students from their congregation to attend Bethany. Check with your church's office to find out if assistance is available.
Bethany Association to Reduce Tuition (BART): You can earn money toward a current or future student's tuition when purchasing certificates/gift cards at participating businesses. For more information, see BART.
Anyone needing tuition assistance is encouraged to apply. Bethany uses a third party, Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST), to assess financial need based on a predetermined formula that includes family income and family size. Bethany's business office awards financial assistance based on FAST's recommended amount of assistance and any unusual family circumstances. The business office will notify applicants in writing regarding eligibility. Students will automatically receive the early enrollment tuition rate and the multiple child discount as applicable.
Families needing financial help should complete the FAST online tuition assistance application and submit a copy of their most recent federal tax form and schedules to the Bethany business office by March 15 (or the following Monday if March 15 falls on a weekend). Applicants will need internet access and an email account to complete the online process. If you do not have internet access, you may arrange to use a compter at the school to complete the applcation or request a paper application from the business office. In order to complete the application, FAST requires a $25 payment, which can be made online with VISA or Mastercard or with a voucher purchased from the Bethany business office. New families may contact the business office to receive a complimentary voucher. Applications received after the March deadline will be considered as funds are available, with priority given to new students. Application and tax information will be kept confidential.
