This community event includes a live auction, silent auction, and food. Proceeds from the events lower tuition costs for all Bethany students.
With your bid number, you will be entered for door prize drawings every 30 minutes starting at 7 p.m. Prizes include IHOP gift card, iTUnes card, iPod shuffle, iPod nano, and the GRAND prize--an iPad. (You must be 20 or older and be present to win.)

11 a.m. auction preview, registration, and silent auction bidding begins
11 a.m. to 6 p.m. drive up Nelson's chicken and pit-tatoes
4:30 p.m. food booths, Nelson's chicken and sandwich dinners, and bake sale
6 p.m. live auction begins
6:30-8:30 children's activities (K-6)
7-9 p.m. silent auction tables close
