Through Dec. 13 Bethany Christian High School students are participating in a food and clothing drive. A student discussion group is organizing this event as a class competition, with the winning class receiving a prize. Seniors Kelly Frey and Kelly Snyder, members of the women's discussion group, noted that the drive is partly in response to a recent chapel on world hunger: "This is one way that we students can give." The items will be donated to local food and clothing pantries. Parents and community members wishing to donate may bring items to the office lobby.
