Students
will dismantle cars, learn how to cook on an engine,
visit a car museum in Auburn, put together a model
car, and learn what to look for when buying a
car and how to take care of a car.
Students
will camp on an island three miles off the North
Carolina coast where they will hike, work for the
National Park, relax, and learn about nature..
Students
will progress to composing pieces that can be
performed utilizing the musical experience of
the group. The workshop will include a day trip
to a Chicago Symphony Orchestra concert.
Students
will critically examine the basic philosophies that
are present in film as they watched 2-3 films each
day from different time periods and styles.
