COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

In the event of a confirmed positive COVID-19 case in one of your camps, the following steps will be taken:

The camp with a positive COVID-19 case will be canceled for the remainder of the week.
All campers in the camp will be notified via phone and email and will need to remain at home for the duration of the week.
In the event of a camp track cancellation, the Bruin Youth Sports Camp staff and Bethany Christian Schools administration will determine refund eligibility depending on when the cancellation occurred.
