Applying for Financial Aid
Bethany is now accepting financial aid applications for the 2024-25 school year! Bethany reviews and awards financial aid grants each year based on family need and available school funds. Awards do not carry over from one year to the next.
For returning students, the deadline for financial aid applications and all supporting documents is April 15, 2024. New students must first be accepted for admission to Bethany before applying for financial aid. Required Supporting Documentation for Financial Aid:
Applications submitted without supporting documentation will not be processed.
- 2023 Federal tax return (Form 1040) including Schedule 1 and associated Schedules C, E, and F as applicable
- 2023 Form W-2s from each employer
- Most recent paystubs for each current employer.
- 2023 business tax returns of all flow-through entities for which you receive a K-1 (Form 1065 or Form 1120S).
- Supplemental income documentation: Social Security income, Welfare, Food Stamps, Child Support, 1099-M Forms, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Veterans Benefits, Housing Allowance, etc.
- If you are unable to provide any of the aforementioned items, please submit a Special Circumstance Letter indicating which document(s) you are unable to provide and why. This information will be shared with your school for their consideration.
*Please note: Separate applications and tax documents may be required for both parents in divorced or separated situations.
