2011-12 Forensics Summary

The 2011-12 team finished fourth at the IHSFA sectional speech tournament, highest in school history. The team also took fifth place in both the NWNFL Congress and Debate tournaments. During the regular season, the team was third at the Concord Winter Blast tournament in January.

Pooja Patel and Paige Wheeler.Senior Paige Wheeler concludes her two-year career with 553 National Forensic League (NFL) points, the most in school history. Frosh Magdalena Yeakey won the award for highest net points in the season, 237.

The school also earned its national charter, which is highly unusual after just two years, and Coach Michael Yeakey also earned his diamond pin.
