Congratulations to all of our BCS athletes on their completed fall sports seasons! Even amidst the differences this year, teams were able to connect and compete. Varsity boys tennis lost to NorthWood at sectionals. The team finished the regular season 7-7.
The varsity boys soccer team lost to Westview in the sectional championship on the 6th round of penalty kicks. The team finished the season 5-11-2.
Volleyball lost to Blackhawk Christian in four sets in the sectional semifinals. The team finished with a 16-7 record.
The girls soccer team won sectionals for the second year in a row. They lost to Andrean in the regional semifinal. The team finished their season with a 12-5-2 record.
The boys cross-country team had two runners advance to regionals: Jesse Bontrager and Sam Klopfenstein.
The girls cross-country team had one runner advance to semi state: Teresa Ross Richer, who placed 28th at regionals to qualify. She is only the third girl in Bethany cross-country history to advance to the semi-state meet.
