Lisa was voted best librarian for her work at bridging cultures at the New Castle Library. In speaking with Vernard Guengerich, Lisa’s father, he said, "She enjoyed Bethany's high school Spanish classes with Señor Allen Peachey, which inspired her work with the local Hispanic community."
