School Day Details & Daily Timetable

Arrival Times

Monday late start: Due to faculty collaboration prior to school, each Monday, school will start at 8:45am for all grades. Students may arrive as early as 8am.

Tuesday–Friday starts: School begins at 8:30am for lower school (K–5) and 8:20am for upper school (grades 6-12). Students may arrive at school as early as 7:45am.

Families needing to drop students off before the times above, should contact the principal of your students school:

  • Lower school (grades K–5) families: Juanita Hershberger
  • Upper school (grades 6-12) families:

Dismissal Times (Monday–Friday)

Student dismissal will be staggered at the following times:

  • Lower school (grades K–5): school ends at 3:10pm. Students should be picked up no later than 3:30pm unless waiting for an older sibling.
  • Upper school (grades 6-12): school ends at 3:30pm. Students should be picked up by 3:45pm unless involved in afterschool activities.

Drop Off / Pick Up Location

Students in lower school (K–5) should be dropped off / picked up on the north side of the building. Students in upper school (grades 6-12) should be dropped off / picked up or park on the south side of the building. For maps of the drop off or pick up routes, please see the link to the right.
