PRE-REGISTRATION DETAILS

Just like last year, you'll be able to fill your Bright Time cart before registration opens! Then, once registration is open on April 17, you can just proceed directly to checkout. Plan early to get your first choice sessions! Watch the video below for tips to pre-register.

A few important things to remember:

  • Registration opens this year at 9am on Monday, April 17.
  • Walk-in registrations and changes the week of camp will not be permitted.
  • Camps will run from 9am-4pm each day, with a 30-minute lunch break at 12:15pm.
  • Students must pack their own lunches and water bottles if they plan to stay over the noon hour – food is not provided.
  • Campcare is not being offered this year. Students not enrolled in a camp during a given hour must be picked up by a parent or guardian.
  • A parent/guardian room will be available for adults to stay on campus while students are in camps.
  • Register early to ensure your spot in the camps of your choice.
  • Campers with 6 camps will receive a $5 discount per camp ($30 total).
  • REGISTRATION REQUIRES CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. An automatic email notification confirming payment will be sent after you have completed your online registration.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable after May 5, 2023.
  • Registration closes on Friday, May 19, 2023.
  • Lockers will be provided, and children from the same household will be assigned lockers to share.
  • Campers will be expected to bring a bag or backpack that contains a water bottle, change of clothes/shoes, and any other supplies they anticipate needing throughout the day.
  • Campers should leave all cell phones and electronic devices at home.  School phones are available if a student needs to call a parent/guardian.

In an effort to make all participants feel safe and welcome, camp leaders will encourage appropriate behaviors from all campers through 1) gentle reminders, 2) time outs, and 3) talking to a parent/guardian. Bethany Christian Schools and Bright Time Camp reserve the right to uninvite campers whose repeated behavior negatively impacts the ability of other campers in their camp track to fully participate in and enjoy planned activities. Refunds will not be given in situations where a camper is asked to leave for the remainder of the week. Bethany Christian Schools and Bright Time admits qualified students as campers regardless of race or national/ethnic origin, gender identity or religion.
