Schedule a Visit
Experience the Bethany difference for yourself!
There's no better way to experience Bethany than by visiting! We offer several opportunities for your family to visit our campus, see our amazing teachers in action, experience our welcoming community, and get all your questions answered.
Personal Visits
Our admissions team would love to host you and your student(s) for a personal visit! We are still accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year in some grades, and we’d love to share more about the Bethany experience for students of all ages.

Lunch Visits
Lunch visits are for K-5 students to come visit our Kindergarten-5th grade classrooms. The visit will include a brief school tour, popping in on an outdoor ed class, a delicious farm-to-school lunch, and more. This is a parent/guardian and child visit, so adults should plan to stay. These visits will last about 90 minutes.

Visit Days
Rising 6-11 graders are invited to come see firsthand what a day is like for students at Bethany. The visit will begin with your student meeting one of our Bethany students at 8:30 am in the media center. School begins at 8:30, so please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Our Bethany student will then host them for the school day. They will get the opportunity to meet teachers, students, and experience the Bethany community. The day ends promptly at 3:30 pm and farm-to-school lunch will be provided. Parents are welcome to stay for coffee and conversation from 8:40-9:15am with the option for a school tour.

Campus Preview Nights
We understand that investing in your child’s education is a big decision. So come and join the Bethany community for a home athletic event, meet current families, and teachers/staff. The Admissions Director and CFO will be on hand to answer any questions you have about admissions or financial aid, and private tours will be available upon request. Free admission for your family and a complimentary concession will be provided.

Helpful Hints for a Successful Visit Day
Ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions; that's how you learn more about Bethany and how you fit in. You might discover exciting info on classes, friends, sports, traditions, or clubs.
Be yourself. Once you walk through our doors, you're part of the BCS family. Introduce yourself to those you meet in class or chat with at lunch. You may meet someone who could be your friend for life.
It is okay if you don't understand what's happening in class. Your Bruin Ambassador may be doing things in class that you haven't learned yet. Just soak it all in and feel free to participate if you know the answer.
Get to know your Bruin Ambassador. You and your Bruin Ambassador probably have many things in common! The more you get to know his/her friends, the more familiar faces you will see in the halls next year.
Have fun! This is the most important tip! Enjoy your time here and start to see yourself as part of the BCS community!
