Schedule a Visit
Personal Visits
Our admissions team would love to host you and your student for a personal visit! Please call our front office at 574-534-2567 or email [email protected] to set up a time.

Lower School Open Houses
Lower School Open Houses are intended for incoming Kindergarten-5th grade students and families. The open house will run a full hour and include a brief tour of our lower school wing, meeting with our Head of School or Lower School Principal, and hearing more about tuition and financial aid. This is a parent/guardian and child visit, so adults should plan to stay the full hour.

Grade 5-11 Full Visit Days
Current 5th-11th graders are invited to come spend a full day at Bethany with a one-to-one student host. The visit for parents and students alike will begin with a tour of the school by our Admissions Director. Throughout the day, prospective students will take classes with their future teachers, meet other prospective students, and experience our school on a more personal level. A complimentary farm-to-school lunch will be provided for visiting students.

Campus Preview Nights
We understand that investing in your child’s education is a big decision, and sometimes it's hard to picture your student in a new setting! For those who have visited or toured Bethany within the past year, the Admissions Office would like to cover the cost of an athletic or theater ticket to help you explore a different area of Bethany. Please contact the admissions office at [email protected] to set up a date and receive your ticket before the event.

Helpful Hints for a Successful Visit Day
Ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions; that's how you learn more about Bethany and how you fit in. You might discover exciting info on classes, friends, sports, traditions, or clubs.
Be yourself. Once you walk through our doors, you're part of the BCS family. Introduce yourself to those you meet in class or chat with at lunch. You may meet someone who could be your friend for life.
It is okay if you don't understand what's happening in class. Your Bruin Ambassador may be doing things in class that you haven't learned yet. Just soak it all in and feel free to participate if you know the answer.
Get to know your Bruin Ambassador. You and your Bruin Ambassador probably have many things in common! The more you get to know his/her friends, the more familiar faces you will see in the halls next year.
Have fun! This is the most important tip! Enjoy your time here and start to see yourself as part of the BCS community!
