BCS Cafeteria

At Bethany we work hard at offering good homemade food, with produce from local farms and the school garden. We will offer a daily meat entree, vegetarian entree, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, milk or water with each meal.

The lunch costs for 2025-26 will soon be confirmed, but for the previous school year, they were

  • K-8 $3.80
  • 9-12 $4.15
  • Adults $5.50

Lunch payments

We highly encourage parents to pay online at MyMealtime.com with no processing fee. To help reduce the cash and checks physically coming to the school, Bethany is covering the processing fees for online lunch payments.

Students may income-qualify for free or reduced lunch with additional benefits including curricular material fee waiver and SAT test/AP exam fee reduction. Families whose students are direct-certified for these benefits through Medicare/SNAP will be notified by Kevin Miller in mid-to late July. Students not direct-certified may have a parent apply for these benefits by completing form linked below. Benefits cannot be backdated, so we encourage you to turn in applications prior to the start of school.

Depositing lunch money

There is a locked deposit box near the office and one by the cafeteria for students to deposit lunch money envelopes marked with their names. Money deposited in these boxes after 9am will be credited to your students account the following school day. No checks or cash will be processed in the cafeteria or Ala Carte lunch line. Students must have funds available in their lunch account to purchase Ala Carte and extra entrées.
